Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Audioshop

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
